Welcome to Dijigram. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dijigram mobile application, website and related services (together, the “Services”) provided by Dijigram (“Dijigram”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By installing, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use the Services without parental consent) to use Dijigram. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

2. Your Account

  • You register using a valid mobile number that you own or are authorized to use.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your device and verification codes secure.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Notify us immediately at support@dijigram.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation, or encourage others to do so;
  • send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or engage in fraud, phishing or scams;
  • harass, threaten, bully or abuse others, or share hateful, violent or sexually exploitative content;
  • share content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts;
  • reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app, except as permitted by law;
  • use automated means to access the Services or create accounts without our permission.

4. OTP Services

Dijigram may deliver One-Time Passwords (OTPs) and verification codes on behalf of third-party services. Delivery depends on network availability and on the third-party sender, and we do not guarantee that every code will be delivered or received within a specific time. Never share your OTPs with anyone. Dijigram is not responsible for losses resulting from you sharing a code or from the actions of third-party services.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the messages, media and other content you send through Dijigram. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, transmit and process your content solely to operate and provide the Services to you. You are responsible for the content you share.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use and protect it. By using the Services, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Fees

Dijigram is currently free to download and use. Your mobile network operator or internet provider may charge you for data usage. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will clearly tell you the price before you are charged.

8. Intellectual Property

The Dijigram name, logo, app, website and all related software, designs and content (excluding user content) are owned by Dijigram or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, such as app stores. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if required by law.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Dijigram is not a replacement for emergency services and cannot be used to contact emergency numbers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dijigram and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dijigram is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country provide otherwise.
